'ARBITRATION WHARFMAN'S COMPLAINT. An Arbitrationist worker called at , The Dominiok office last evening with a complaint that ho had been turned off ', hy the Harbour Board, tho , reason advanced- being that he did not start work with tho Harbour Board till December 9, and was thcreforo not entitled to preference. Tho- worker states that ho joined the 'Arbitrationist ranks hofore Decombcr 8, nnd was working coal on the Nerehana. He did not sleep on tho wharf, but took all the/risks , of going to his home. On December 9 he was sent to work under the Harbour Board. He has now been turned off, and will bo shut out from ■ prefcrenco on tho' wharf, despite the fact that he commenced work there long beforo tho strike was declared off. The complaint, it is to be hoped, will bo taken up and investigated by mem- ■ ■■ bers of tho. Harbour Board "
