. BY ESCAPE OF GAS. Br TeleeraDh—Press Association-Gopyrislit St. Petersburg, February 8.. Forty-one persons were suffocated in Moscow through leakage from a gaspipe in an insurance- office. Most of them-wero dead when a porter entered the building, and efforts to restore the rest proved rcsnltless.
