TRAMWAY BOARD PROPOSAL. Beyond trolley cars, and storage battery cars, other forms of elecrtrio cars aro unknown here. Both these types rcquiro sets of rails. In America another variety—the independent electric motorcar—is a fairly common sight, whilst there are also electric freight vans and vehicles of all kinds which are employed in ©very manner of work all over the country.
