HIS RESIGNATION DEMANDED. By Telojraph—Press Association— Copyright San Francisco, February 4. _ Tho Prosbyterian. Ministers', Association is demanding tins resignation of the Rev. Dr. Aked in consequence of tho latter's statement (made in a sermon) that ho did not support the doctrine'of tlio miraculous conception of Christ. Ho declared that tho faith of John, Paul, Jan«:\s s and Mark was good enough for. him. Theso men said nothing about Jesus coming into tho world in any miraculous way. . Tho Presbyterian Association declares that these beliefs disqualify Dr. Aked from holding office in the Church, and that his withdrawal is necessary if Church'discipline is to bo .maintained..
