A defence- of contributory neglect was raised. Plaintiff had been employed in tlio showroom handling some coils of rubber liosb to ft bin, and lio was about six foot up on a ladder, which skidded, and plaintiff was pwcipitated down a. lift well, lib sustained Serious internal injuries.
