President Wilson has decided to lift the embargo'on the exportation of arms to Mexico, thus allowing the Huertaus and tho Constitutionalists to secure unlimited quantities. Dr. Wilson's object is to enable one side or' the other to gain definite military advantage and' end the present 1 deadlock.
