Warrant issued at Auckland for his,'extradition on ut charge of stealing goods and money, the property cf fl'atinali Brothers. . Tile defendant said lie was not guilty of any crime. The purehascs were made eft the time-payment system. An order was mado that defendant be sent.back to New Zealand. Bail was allowed, self in tlio siiin of £300 and two 'sureties of CIGO each*
