A DREAM FIRE.

BLAZE IN SYDNEY. A fire that did considerable damage in a block or buildi'HES in -tho vicinity of King and Sussex' Streets in Sydney early 'on the morning of January 22 was discovered under strange circumstances. • . •'";''•

The damaged building is,situated at» the rear of the Montana Hotel, which ■ lias a frontage to King Street, A young lady ei&ployee, who 'was sleeping on the ■ ground floor of tlio hotel, dreamt that \ the building at the back was on fire. "It was so realistic, my dream," slio told a. "Daily Telegraph" reporter! "that I was afraid to go off to sleep again. The fire occurred on the premises of Mi\ John Broomfield, ship chandler and general hardware merchant, which form tlio rear portion of a block of buildings situated at the junction of King and Sussex Streets, and damage amounting to several thousand pounds was occasioned. \ ' ■
