Defrattce, the French diplomatic agent, boycotted M.Vedrines, the famous aviator, who proposes to fly to Australia, for refusing to' return-.to Franco and fight a duel with M. Roux. Mi Derranco secured a promise from Aref Pasha; the Grandmaster of Ceremonies, that he would exchide M. rines from tho Khedivo's audiences. The Khedive, however, received, M; Vedririeß; w'hereup"on Mj Derrauco protested, and was informed that Aref Pasha had been , replaced. M. , Dcrrance considers the satisfaction inadequate, as Aref Pasha becomes Chief of the Khedive's Turkieb Cabinet. ' • '
