Tho Exhibition authorities have now definitely terminated the contract with tbo Defonco Department under winch th,o latter ppne Mr. Hammond permission to make flights o\er tho Exhibition when required, and Colonol Logan, Officer Comrmmjing this; district, has instructed Mr. Hammond tliat he must not take out tho machine.
