Our Auckland correspondent telegraphed 'Inst night as follows:— The Hon. H: D. Bell, Minister of Internal Affairs, returned from Rotorua yesterday afternoon, and proceeded on 'to Wliangaroi by steamer last niirlit. Tho Minister will proceed from Wliangaroi to Russell, and thero will join the Government steamer Ilinenioa, which will make a trip round the North Cape to Kaipara Heads. The Hon. W.' If. Herrics arrived at To Aroha to-day, where ho is attending the Summer Show. It is not, yet certain whether he- will return ;Wellington before going on to the trip through tho.
