PREVENTIVE ACTION BY SYDNEY UNIONS.
Included in the minutes of the executive, which were adopted at last week's meeting -of the I/nbour Conner! of New South Wales, was a circular, whfeh lias been sent out to the 120 affiliated mrioiis. , .
