. CREW REFUSE TO LEAVE. By Telegraph—Press CBtjrieM , (Rec. January 29, 10.25 p.m.) New York, January 28. The Norwegian steamer Fritters. J538 tons, tried to rescue those aboard Mr, Frederick Vanderbilt's yacht Warrior, but heavy sens capsized and smashed the boats. A wireless call was then' sent to the British steamer Almirante, 5010 tons, which rescued oil excepting tho -crew, who refused to leave the yacht. Their fate is unknown.

Mr. Frederick Vanderbilt's yarht went ashore en the Columbian coast. The Unite and Duchess of Manchester and Lord Falconer were aboard.
