The proposals wore approved, and it was decided to put them 'before the rate- ' payers for sanction to barrow the £112,000 required. SUMMER SCHOOL HOUfiS. Auckland, January 28, The City Schools Committee expressed . disapproval of tho Board of Education proposal that the summer sohobl hours should be from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., au<V 12 to 3 p.m., and favoured 9 to 12, anu 2 to 4.
