" There are always some people who wait until the very last.moment before thoy do what they have intended for somo time 'ahead to accomplish; Members of this class, who : havo every intention, of competing at Dannevirko A. and P. Show, and so far have not madetheir entries, aro reminded that, general entries close to-day. As this .year's show will bo a record those with prospective prize-winners who fail to enter owing to carelessness or thoughtlessness will havo causo for regret as awards won locally are as valuablo as thoso obtained at bigger shows elsewhere. Breeders of pedigree stock— cattle.; sheep, and' hordes—should find it to their advantage to display the best they havo here as tho district is rapidly expanding, and there- is a growing disposition on tho part of the farmer to obtain the best in the stock line that money can purchase.
