UNOFFICIAL ESTIMATE. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Oonrriirhi Berlin, January 26. An unofficial statistician estimates that'the Kaiser is the richest man in tho, Fatherland, being worth £19,700,000, tho Duke- of Mecklenburg being next with £17,750,000. Frau'Krupp's estate is estimated at £16,000,000. Between them tho three contribute £2,000,000 in war tax.
