BESOLUTIONS OF PROTEST.
BIG DEMONSTRATION By Telegraph—Prosa Association—Copyright Sydney, January 26. At a big Protestant demonstration, resolutions were carried expressing loyalty to the Throne, solemnly protesting against tho establishment of Home Rule for Ireland, and pledging thoso present to stand by their compatriots in Ulster and other parts of Ireland in the desperate defence now forcod upon them. A copy of the resolution is to be forwarded to the King. . CUSTOMS SEIZURE. London, January 26. The Customs authorities at Londonderry seized a quantity of bandoliers and haversacks consigned to a former Unionist Parliamentary candidate.
