\ o~" 'The annual show of tho Masterton A. and V. Association, which is to be hold at Sohvay on February 17 and 18, is expected to eclipse all previous exhibitions. Entries for sheep and cattle are reported to bo coming to hand from noted brooders all over tho North and South .Islands. Special train arrangements have been made, which will. ensnro visitors reaching tho show and returning homo without any inconvenience. Tho train lands passengers right on to the grounds. A beautiful bush peroral acres in extent surrounds a portjon of the ground, jand this makes an ideal, spot for picnic parties. The association supplies hot water free to visitors: Tho association's secretary will also, if notified, arrange for suitable accommodation for visitors. Entries for the show will close with tho secretary (Mr. J. B. Emmett, Box 40, Masterton), at 9 p.m. on January 31. Late entries will bo received up to. February 7 on tho payment of one shilling extra per entry.
