END OF A DINNER PARTY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rcc. January 25, 5.5 p.m.) Tangier, January 24. I' M. Valtlrtmic, a Fi'onch agent, has been murdered by his chef. M. Valdrdmc, who was French ViceConsul, was.giving a party, and finding no dinner for tho guests he dismissed the cpok for drunkenness. The cook fired three shots from a revolver, and Valdrome fell dead ill the guests' arms.
