' ■ Wansanui, January 22.■An elderly mail limned William Glcntworth, a rcsidbnfof WheiMiakura, nearPatoa, was found.dead this morning. He had evidently fallen down an em. bankment on to % river-bed, and died as tho result of injuries so sustained. DEATH UNDER ANAESTHETIC. Tho death of.a young woman,,which' took place under an.anaesthetic at the- ' Wellington. Hospital oh Wednesday ■afternoon, was reported to the ponce yesterday. ' The deceased was a married woman named Eunice King, aged 30, of 3 Jacob's Placo. She had previously been operated ■on for. a« , mtornal trouble, but was not progressing very well.
