Tlic Buildino; Industrial Federation of Workers of London, replying to the employers' recent circular, regarding conditions of employment and bronchos of agreement, siiKEests the withdrawal of the circular and the holding of a conference with the trade unions' representatives.. In the circular referred to the London Master Builders' Association recently cave notice to 180,000 workmen that thev must niidortake to work peacefully with non-unioni-ts, and thnt they will be subject to a fine of Jl\ for every breach of their agreement. Those who fail to sintn the agreement by January 21 will bo dismissed. __________
