In the circular referred to the London Master Builders' Association recently cave notice to 180,000 workmen that thev must niidortake to work peacefully with non-unioni-ts, and thnt they will be subject to a fine of Jl\ for every breach of their agreement. Those who fail to sintn the agreement by January 21 will bo dismissed. __________
