The evidence given in connection with the shooting affray in C'herif Pasha's apartments in Paris indicates that thero are numbers of Turkish political fanatics there constituting a danger to anyone antagonistic to the Young Turks. It is impossible to ascertain their actual relations with.the Government. (Rec. January 23, 0.10 a.m.) Constantinople, January 22. France has demanded the extradition of Axhn Bey, late Prefect of Police, on the ground of his complicity in tho attempt on Cherif Pasha's life.' Axinv Bey left Paris hurriedly, on the Sunday before tho outrage was committed.
