$_ — NEW SYSTEM IN NEW SOUTH WALES. By Talerraph—Press Association—OoryrltrM Sydney, January ID. A new scheme of technical instruction in trades in the schools is proposed by tho Minister of Education. It will commence at the beginning of the new torm. Courses have beeni prepared in building, plumbing, house painting and decorating, sign painting, engineering, leather manufacture, printing, baking, tailor cutting, bootmaking, and structural and artistic trades.
