To-day (Wednesday) I received a. lette-r in answer to my advertisement for a situation .asking me to caM esrly in tho ntorning,- whieh I did not, receive until 12.13, which is the usual time- for the first delivery of letters. Surely tho citizens of this iiGighbourkiod arc* entitled. to have this unsatisfactory state of affairs femedied,' and 'this letter is Written in tho hope that somctning will be done in tho matter.—l , am, etc,, H.
