Fair to cloudy weather generally, but dull and musty at times in the northern and southernmost districts, and 3, faHins barometer everywhere. Stronp southerly and westerly winds nrevailed in the-south Hast fii&ht, but' moderated to-day, with a general improvement in weather conditions.
