Dalgety and Co.. reporting on their usual stock sale ex Woodville, when they oifered a medium j'arding of cattlo anil. a small entry of sheep to a small attendance of buyers, quota tho following prices:—Fat cows, £6 6s. to £5; fat heifers, £5 <s. 6d. ; vcalers, £1 os.; small yearling steers, £2; yearling baiters, email £1 l?s.; cows and calves. Hi; oighteen-months steers, £3 10s.; bulls, £o 129. 6d. to £2 12s. 6d.; very few sheep camo forward. A pen of two-tooths wetnere made 143. 9d.
