C: Beary, a prominent anti-militarist, was arrested to-day in connection with his refusal to render military eervicc. Beary has been prosecuted about te.i times, and has served several .terms of imprisonment and military detention. His case- was mentioned in Parliament during the session, when the Ministor said lie had no desire to carry the prosecution of a conscientious objector to extremes.. N EAST COAST RAILWAY.
