Hefr von Bethmann-Hollweg, the Imperial Chancellor, replied that every Prussian who was true to the Constitution passionately desired to maintain tho army against attacks and provent it becoming a Parliamentary army. (Rec. January 14, 0.10 a.m.) Berlin, January 13. Oolonel Von Eeuter has received fifteen thousand congratulatory telegrams and letters in connection with tho verdict of the Zabern court-martial. Tho Kaiser has summoned Count Wedel (Administrator of Alsaco) to a conference with reference to the situation at Zabern. „ The Radicals threaten bitter demonstrations in tho Reichstag unless the Army orders dated 1820, under which Colonel Von Reuter was justified by the Court, are declared to bo no longer in force.
