• —4— THE KOSSLEN DAAT DISASTER. By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyrlKht Berlin, January 11. , Further reports from the scene of tlio disaster at the Kosslen dam, which burst in three places and overwhelmed the village of Damkeront, state that ono hundred people who woro missing'at Damkeront when the dam burst have been rescued. Thoy spent tho night huddled together in a farmyard. Tho use of a telescope reveals that only the roofs of tho houses are visible at Damkeront. Troops of bluejackets are hastening to the rescue. The flood cut off other villages. All the houses in the next fishinc village are under water, and many buildings in the Danzig district were washed away. FLOODS IX BELGIUM. Brussols, January 11. The river .Senne overflowed and caused floods in the Mouse Valley, which did great damage and stopped work in manufactories and quarries:
