Fully half the candidates omitted to, do this." ; . ■ 87, military engineering! (Captains). —"I have to report that tho candidates' papers on military engineering show a good knowledge of the subject. In_ three of tho pa pars, the spelling is decidedly bad, and if: would appear that more time should have been deve-ted to study by the candidates." >-■ / .: - "810, infantry training.
