' Westport, Janufiry 11. : Tho -Scddon memoriul tablet in connection with the Post Oflico clock, erected in memory of the- late Mr. Scddon, was unveiled on Saturday afternoon by Sir Joseph Ward, in tho presence of a- largo gathering of people. Sir Joseph Ward and Lady Ward subsequently attended a swimming carnival in the Municipal Baths, and later were entertained at afternoon tea.
