Sir William Lever, head of Lever Bros., has arrived in Sydney, from an extended visit to tho firm's plantations in tile Islands. In an interview, Sir William Lever strongly advocated this big firfts in Sydney and elsewhere adopting Lever's profit-sharing system, with which, 'hedeclared, the firm was well satisfied. It tended to. mako the employees take a greater interest in their work, and become more efficient. Tho "Sydney Morning Herald" states that tho Lovers intend to establish large works in New Zealand, similar to tliose in Sydney.
