Ho must produce convincing proofs of his identity, i>ufc living as ho is under an assumed name, that would make him liahlo to arrest under the warrant which was issued years ago. Further, unless tho legacy is claimed by March next, the money will go to charity, Tho problem that .is;-perplexing him is whether ho should'risk imprisonment, or lose, tho money. His lawyer's advice is to offer the bank to make restitution.
