The "Westminster Gazette" publishes correspondence alleging that tho Unionist newspapers are boycotting tho tariff reform propaganda, particularly tho complaints of agriculturists, who consider that Mr. Bonar Law's Edinburgh compromise, sacrificed the farmers for the Birmingham and Sheffield manu : facturers. of the National Farmers' Unions in all tho counties have carried resolutions not to assist tariff reform if benefits to agriculture, arc excluded. A Farmers' Tariff Union lias been formed to carry on tho campaign against the compromise.
