The Eugenic Marriage Law at Wisconsin, requiring medical examination of both applicants for a license, became operative at the Now Year. The Stato officials have been besieged by a crowd of persons seeking permits to evade the Act. Thoso who were not successful in obtaining them intend to get married in neighbouring States where tho law is less stringent. .
