John Studholme, Coldstream, Canterbury; Mr. Joseph Studholme, Ruanui; ami Mr. \V. C. H. Wigiey, Christ-church. The followers included roprosentaiives of many Wellington societies, Tho lady members of St. John. Ambulauco Association attended and sang the late Mrs. Rhodcs's favourite hymn," "Aliido with Mc." ' Tho body was laid'to rest in a vau't beneath the monument erected to tho memory of tho deceased lady's; lato husband, tho. Hon. W. B. Rhodes. BfiQUESTS TO CHARITIES. PROVISIONS OF THE WILL. Tho following are the particulars of tho late Mrs. S. A. Rhodcs's will, after making about eighty specific legacies .to- the various ""•members of her family, old employees, and others, she, leaves tho St. John's Ambulauco Nursing Guild -£500, n.r.on tho saroo trusts as the endowment funds of that institution aro now held. Other provisions are as follow:—"To complete tho St. John Ambulance Nursing Guild endowment, £100. "To the St. John Ambulauco Association for furthering tho work of the association in the city of Wellington, £60(1. "To the trustees of tho Young Women's Christian Association, upon trust of furtherance of tho work of tho association in tho citv of Wellington, £500. "To tho trustees of the' Wellington Boys' Institute to form part of the endowment fund, £1000. "To the Rev. Mother Mary Joseph Anbert, £100. "To tho trustees of tlio Oliiro Benevolent Homo, £100, to bo expended in future Christmas dinners for tho inmates therein, \ "To the Homo for tho Aged and Needy, £100. "One-ninth share of the residue, tindisposed of to tho Victoria University, Wellington, to bo applied for tho education of women, as the trustees in their discretion shall think fit.

"Also one-ninth share to the trustees of tho Wellington Boys' institute, to ho applied in such special branch of tho work, of the said institute, as tho trustees, after consulting with Mr. G. A. Troup, shall in their discretion, appoint."

Tho throe trustees nnpointed under tho will are Messrs. W. IT. Sefton Moorhouse, John Studholme, and O.- S. Watkins. ■
