One mile.—'Wairau,; 1.; Blenheim, 2; Star, 3. Also startod: Petone. Picton .won b.v 2J- lengths. Time, Grain. Junior Fours, Tfijst and best; first £10, second £3. One milo and a half.— Star, 1; Blenheim, 2; Picton,. 3. Also started: Wairau. Won by two lengths. Time, 9min. 34scc. Maiden Pairs, clinker; first £4, second £2. Ono mile.—Wairau, 1; Blenheim, 2; Star,-3. Also started: Wellington, Petone. A splendid race. Won by a quarter of a length. Time, Gmin. 17sec. Junior Pairs, clinker; first £6, second £2.. One mile.—Wairau, 1; Petone, 2: Star, 3. Also started: Blenheim, Picton.' Won by three lengths. Almost a dead lieat for second place, Time, Gmin. 33isec.
