London, January 1, The "Daily Telegraph" states that the Triplico Powers havo replied .to, Sir Edward Gfreyis'-Nbte'tt'tlle'l'fovoiij proposing that Greece should retain the occupied islands in tho Aegean Sea, oxcept liribros and Tenedos, whilst giving guarantees concerning theirfortificatiour and also proposing that Italy should restore the captured islands to Turkey, which promises to grant them autonomy.
They agree to extend tlic date of Greece's. evacuation from Southern Albania to January 18; but do not reply concerning Greece's Aegean claims. Honce the entento Powers will not insist upon. Greece's evacuation of Albania.
