In respect to the arrest of a number of youths for alleged thefts and receiving stolen property, Theodore Brown, who was before the Court yesterday, had the charge of receiving alleged against liim withdrawn this morning before a Justice of the Peace on tho application of the police, who wero satisfied there was no. evidence against him. Brown was consequently discharged. .
