December 30, 11.15 p.m.) Rome, December 30, The . late Cardinal Rampolla's first will included a largo personal bequest for the late Pope Leo; Other legatees are long since dead. Th& Cardinal was not- on speaking terms with the Baroness Pczzana last year.' It is 'understood that tho Vatican will waive its extra territorial rights to tho Piazzeta of Santa Mnrta, where Cardinal Rampiolla died, though it is within the precincts of tho Vatican. The Italian polico will fcs free to investigate the mystery.
