ULTIMATUM TO BISLEY.

It is reported that unless tho National Rifle Association will agree to the alteration in tho King's Prize Match a Territorial Force Riflo Association will be formed in opposition to the Bisley meeting, with tho stipport of the War Office, the Army Council, and tho Hytho School of Musketry,
In the event of tho formation of tho new association, the Government ranges at Asli, near Aldershot, will bo placed at its disposal.
It was previously stated that the War Office had suggested that tho conditions of tho King's Prize match at Bisley (under the National Kifle Association) should bo altered to provide that the contest should bo open, to nil branches of the Service, that only the sarvico rifle, Without extraneous devices to aid good shooting, should bo nsed, that the Army musketry tests should be the basis of the firing conditions, and that a rapid-firing series at disappearing targets should be included..
