In reply to a question whether, in view of tlio do-' cision arrived at by tho meeting on luosday, ho was going to resign tho position of secretary of tho Seamen's Umon, Mr. Young snid that ho would . tako no steps m tho matter. Mr louns will not hold his proposed mooting m the Opera House next Sunday.
