Peaches and plums from tho Hawkc's Bay, Nelson, and llotucka dstricts are. arriving each day in tago quantities. Shipments of tomatoes are on the light side, and hiffh prices axe ruling. Raspberries aro now coming from Motueka, also blackberries. So far only light shipments of apricots have come forward, and hava rcialteeid high ipricns. Vegetables.—Green peas have advanced in value owing to the Christmas demand fin il"(oii sign ments aro. recommended; in fact! all vegetables' are in strong demand. Not/ potatoes—Tile market is glutted owing to farmers digging their crops, which aro more or less affected by the blight; values now rule at !s. 6d. to 4s. 6d. per Onions.—Shipments of Australian onions aro (lue to-day by tho JTaungnmil, nna hi"li prices are likely to rule for thi3 lot. Flour is quoted at £9 103., f.o.b. south, and £9 15s. at Wellington. - Fowls' wheat is in strong demand at c &. 9(1. to 4s. lCd. per bushel. Maize meets with moderate «uo at 4S. 9d. to ss. per bushel. Bran' is in extremely heavy fiupply, and is celling at £4 53. to £4 IPs. per ton.
