In the Supreme- Court yesterday morning argument was eaS6 of Joseph D. Robertson v 7 Sir Kenneth Douglas and others, a claim for specific performance of a contract for the sale of a' Section of land. Particulars of the casq were published on Saturday, . Mr. A. \V. Blair appeared for Robertson, while Sir. T. Neavo appeared for Sir Kenneth Douglas. Decision was reserved.
