Sir James Mills also announced t-lmt Mr. C. IhvklsKorth had been appointed as I'loin January 1. Sir James Mills will continue to occupy a scat on the board, and will retain tho chairmanship for the present. He has been managing director of tho Company since its birth in 18T5.
