A spccial constable was attacked shortly after eleven by several hoodlums, and was knocked senseless and kicked several times. A seaman camo to the rescuo and was set upon by threo of a gang and roughly handled, 'llio police then appeared -and arrested one of the crowd, and from his statement more arrests are likely.
