Tho British Admiralty has published a record of tho cruiscr-battleship New Zealand's world cruise. Their Lordships recognise tho high opinion which tho of-, liccrs and men yarned in every port by the exemplary conduct of tho crew, and congratulate Captain Halscy on tho result.
Mr. Lewis Harcourt paid a tribute tn tho services that Captain Halsoy rendered to tho Colonial Office.
