Mr, William Charles Valkmcft was on Friday morning, at Auckland, admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court by Mr. Justi-ce Cooper, on the application of Mr. Benson Wyman. Mr. Yallaneo had for some years practised as a solicitor in the Old Country, and came out to New Zealand on account, of failing health. Ho is at present cleric to the Avondnlo Road Board.
