The Grand Dulcer Boris has sued ."Munney's Magazine" for libel,, contained in an article in tlio April number headed "Succession. to tlio Russian Throne," in which the Grand Duke Boris, who tvas attached to General Kuropatkin's staff, was accused of gross misconduct during tho Japanese War. .. Tho case was settled. Defendants' counsel apologised, and indemnified tho Grand Duke'a costs.
