MR, LLOYD-GEORGE'S CAMPAIGN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrlzht (Rcc. December 19, 10.25 p.m.) London, November 19. Mr. Lloyd-Gcorgo (Chancellor of the Exchequer) will open liis Scottish land campaign at tho end of January. It is understood that tho Scottish Land Committee's report will favour tho taxation of laud values, and will express the belief that tho question of it minimum wage should be governed by tlio local conditions. Tho housing recommendations aro similar to tlioso set out in tho English report.
